We depend entirely on volunteers for everything - so much so that we ARE our volunteers. There is no you and us, no us and them. We're all in this together.

If you have a skill, an interest, or a resource you're willing to share from time to time, you're already one of us at heart. You're probably already doing neighbourly things for people, and you could possibly teach us a thing or two!

What we might be able to do is co-ordinate, to facilitate, to apply available resources without overloading those who find it hardest to say 'No'. We might be able to put together a small team of people doing what you do, which would speed things up for those who need the job done, and add a fresh dimension to doing the work.

If you've never had the opportunity to help people in this way, this is a great way to get involved for the first time, and to experience the deep satisfaction which comes from being needed and doing the business.
